Our Story
We started with a simple frustration: Central Texas water
Anyone who has lived here knows the signs. Scale on the faucets. Spots on glasses straight out of the dishwasher. Dry skin after a shower, a chlorine edge in a glass of water, and appliances that wear out years earlier than they should. Hard, heavily treated water is the norm across this part of the state — and most homes simply put up with it.
Elevate Filtration exists to fix that properly, once. Rather than sell whatever system happens to be in the truck, we test the water at your home, explain exactly what is in it, and match equipment to the result. Most families end up with a whole-home softener and filtration system, and many add an under-sink reverse osmosis unit for drinking and cooking water.
We are family-owned and operated out of Round Rock, and Austin Veatch, our CEO, is directly involved in the work. That is deliberate. It keeps the advice honest, the installs clean, and the follow-up personal.
